Cultivation & sourcing software

Your canopy, your availability, one workspace.

Track every batch from clone through veg, flower and cure. Run the crew from a phone. Publish what's ready to the dispensary buyers who want it — with strain, form and potency on every line.

Request a walkthrough What it does not do

Built around how a grow actually runs.

Not a spreadsheet with a cannabis skin. The lifecycle, the specs and the catalog are the vocabulary your team already uses.

Lifecycle in your terms — Clone, Veg, Flower, Cured / Listed, Sold through, with counts on every stage and a board the whole team reads at a glance.
Strain and potency as first-class fieldsForm / Strain and Potency carry straight through to the published listing and the availability email buyers receive.
Bring your list as-is — upload the availability sheet you already keep: spreadsheet, CSV or PDF, one row per line or one column per size. Status columns are respected, so what's still growing is never sold as ready.
A real genetics catalog — strains plus derived forms: pre-roll, extract, edible, tincture, biomass, trim. Batches match against genetics, so naming stays consistent across rooms and runs.
CROP BOARD CLONE 18 VEG 24 FLOWER 31 CURED / LISTED 9 FORM / STRAIN POTENCY AVAIL Flower · Wedding Cake 22.4% THC 14 lb Pre-roll · Blue Dream 18.1% THC 2,400 Biomass · Hemp CBD 12.6% CBD 880 lb

Everything here is already running.

Not a roadmap — the day-to-day work of selling flower is built and in use. The compliance items further down are clearly marked as what's still coming; everything in this section you can use the week you sign up.

Selling

Every buyer sees their own price — set a markup per dispensary and your availability email goes out priced for each one, from the same list. Add a markup for a single send and it stacks on top.
Counter and phone orders — build an order line by line, take payment and print a receipt, or save it and take payment later. Stock comes off the batch when it's paid.
Orders, invoices and reservations — a buyer reserves a lot, you confirm it, it becomes an order and an invoice without retyping anything.
Bids, quotes and purchase orders — answer a want-list, get compared side by side, and turn the win into a PO.

Running the grow

What to plant next — what buyers committed to before planting, what they asked for and you couldn't fill, what you were short on at bid, and what has been sitting — added up into plain guidance, with the evidence and how much of it there is shown on every line.
Aging stock, flagged early — any lot ready too long is surfaced with what it's worth, whether it's still moving, and a suggested markdown you can apply in a click. Flower is a depreciating asset; this notices before a buyer does.
Batch lifecycle on a board — planned, growing, ready, done, in your own words, with ready dates that land on the team calendar.
Pull sheets and delivery runs — what to cut, where it goes, who's driving, printed or on a phone.
The crew works from a phone — mark a batch ready, log a task, photograph a problem; the office sees it immediately.
Your list, however you keep it — upload a spreadsheet, CSV or PDF as-is, or point us at the page where your availability already lives and we'll read it on the days you choose.
PRESALE — BLUE DREAM · FLOWER · READY IN 4 WKS 235 of 300 committed · $258,500 · 65 left Green Door Dispensary reserved 120 — no login, from the email Coastal Collective reserved 115 at their price OVERSUBSCRIBED at 350 / 300 Buyers want more than you planned — plant more.

Sell it before you plant it.

The expensive question in cultivation is "how much of this will actually move?" — and the answer usually arrives at harvest. Presale answers it before you commit a room.

Commitments against a planned batch — publish what you intend to grow and collect reservations against it: units spoken for, dollars committed, and what's left, before a single clone goes in.
Buyers reserve themselves — your weekly availability email ends with "Coming soon — reserve now" and a personal no-login link. A buyer on a phone reserves in under thirty seconds, priced at their own rate.
You hear about it instantly — every reservation lands in your inbox with a running total, and when demand passes the plan the subject line says so: oversubscribed — consider planting more.
Intent, not payment — a reservation records who and how many. Money moves on the ordinary invoice once the crop is real, and you confirm every commitment.
On the ground

The crew works from a phone. The office sees it instantly.

A field app designed for people walking rooms with dirty hands — big targets, offline-tolerant, English or Spanish.

Stage, count, photograph

Flip a batch to flower, count plants from a photo, attach a room shot, flag condition — in the room, not back at a desk.

Availability that publishes itself

A weekly grid pushes strain, form, potency and price to a live listing buyers can search — plus the availability email, with potency on every line.

Photo proof on every handoff

Require a photo on each staged line before a job can move, then send the compiled proof to the buyer. Disputes get a lot shorter.

YOUR WORKSPACE your data ANOTHER GROWER theirs no shared rows

Your numbers are yours.

Yield, pricing, buyer lists and margins are the most sensitive data a grow has. Every operation is its own workspace with row-level isolation — there is no screen, export or search that reaches another grower's data.

Per-company by default — crops, buyers, tasks, availability and settings are scoped to your account, and that scoping is covered by automated tests on every release.
Dedicated database available — operations that want physical rather than logical separation can run on their own database and domain.
You control what buyers see — publishing is explicit. Nothing reaches a listing until you put it there.
Read this part

What this is not.

We'd rather lose the deal than be misunderstood. This is software for running your grow and selling your product. It keeps records and enforces some gates, but it does not touch the regulated movement of product or money, and it is not your compliance system of record.

Not track-and-trace

Your state system — METRC, BioTrack, whatever your jurisdiction mandates — remains the system of record. This sits beside it, not in front of it.

No product or funds move here

No payment rail, no POS, nothing that transfers custody of inventory. Cultivation, listing and coordination only.

We gate on lab results — we don't produce them

A batch without a current passing COA won't publish. But the testing, the certificate and its accuracy are your lab's and yours; we hold the document and enforce what it says, we don't verify it.

Where the compliance edges actually stand

Labelled honestly, including the one we won't build. If your operation needs a roadmap item on day one, we're not the right fit yet.

ShippedLab (COA) gating — a batch without a current passing result won't publish, and won't go on a transfer.
ShippedTransfer pre-flight — the checks that have to pass before a vehicle leaves, since a manifest can't be amended afterwards.
RoadmapPlant-level tags — per-plant identity. Deliberately waiting: California has live rulemaking that would allow group tagging, and building to a rule that's being retired helps nobody.
ShippedMETRC, read-only — connect your licence and we read what METRC holds for it: your strains, rooms, item categories, units, items, active packages and available tags, so you pick the state's own spelling instead of typing it twice. We compare your stock against METRC's and show you where the two disagree. We never write to METRC. A wrong read is a bad report; a wrong write is a compliance incident, and those are not the same risk.
RoadmapWriting to the state system — reporting movements back into METRC. The queueing is built and the read side is live in California’s sandbox; the write side needs a production vendor key, which is a licensing process, not a release date.
ShippedBank payments, not cards — invoices, terms, ageing and a plain read on who actually pays, with ACH, cheque and wire recorded against the invoice. Card payments are deliberately not offered here. The card networks prohibit cannabis, so the restriction follows the plant rather than the processor — switching vendors would only move the risk onto you. Anyone promising you card acceptance is not telling you what happens when the network notices.
NeverManifest generation — the manifest is issued by your state system and printed from there. Software that prints a lookalike is worse than none: a driver carrying it instead of the real one is non-compliant and doesn't know it.

Which side of the trade are you on?
