A manifest can't be amended once the vehicle leaves, so every check runs before it moves. Afterwards your only remedy is a rejected shipment.

Checked before departure — Package tags, current lab results, quantities you actually hold, wholesale cost per line, driver and vehicle details, and whether the transporter's licence type may legally carry goods.

Frozen once it departs — No line can be added or edited after the vehicle leaves. Actual departure and arrival times are recorded separately from the estimates.

Receiving verifies, it doesn't adjust — Count each line against the manifest. A mismatch in type or quantity means the shipment is rejected — not quietly reconciled to make the numbers agree.

The manifest itself is issued by your state system and printed from there. We don't produce it, and you shouldn't trust software that says it does.
